My brother goes through at least 2 or 3 a year, sometimes more. I can't figure out how that's possible since I've had the same grinder for 3 years
How many grinders you guys go through a year?

Zero....I as a rule never use them. I rented one in Jamaica once $5 for two weeks since I sure the fuc wasn't going to bring it home. In my opinion chopping it up on a cutting board works for me if it's sticky.

They go bad? I have one aluminum and one steel. I've had both almost since I started smoking in 2014. I periodically clean them with alcohol and a plastic dish scrubbing brush to get the caked on, black, dirty gunk off. Good as new.

Hand grinders; I had one for over 20 years and then was gifted a new one.
Electric coffee grinders I go through 1 a year, but thats just coffee
