It really depends on the medium your using. 6.8-6.3 for soil 6.1-5.5 for soil less or hydro. If the purpose of flushing is to increase or decrease your medium pH your will probably want to be either at the top end of the range or the bottom depending on which direction you want it to move.

Oh i forgot to say why. The pH of your medium determines what nutrient will be available to your plants. Usually the optimal nutrient uptake will be in the middle of the range 6.5 for soil and 5.8 for soil less.

Hi, My medium is clay balls yes hydro and I'm just flushing for one week before harvest and was wondering what ph it should be ? Thanks

6.1-5.5 optimal is 5.8. You want to maintain pH when flushing before harvest to prevent trace elements be taken up into the plant.
