Should I add more?

Hi i have a 18" x 18" x 30" grow space with 8400 lumens of cfl lights should i add more lights as the current bulbs become further away from the base of the plant as the ceiling that the lights are attached to rises as the plant grows or will what i have be sufficient

sorry just recalculated i have 9600 lumen of cfl light one bulb is 2700k and the others are 6400k
6 of the bulbs are mounted on the ceiling that i raise as the plant grows and 2 are positioned on the door should i also add another 4 bulbs around the plant on the base to give another 4800 lumen lower down as the lights above are getting further away or would this make the plant grow in a funny shape or could it be to much light any advice would be appreciated i have added a couple of pics if that helps thanks
