Using 2 kinds of lighting? H.I.D.

Is it more beneficial to run both, MH and HPS at once? i have both ran thru hoods so staying cool isnt issue,just didnt know if the diff. lighting spectrum would trick my young plants into flower as their only 2 weeks from sprout.. thank you

M.H- 1000 watts

H.P.S.- 600 watts+super lumens options
in 4x8x8 tent inline/outline fans & filter.
is lighting efficient?

If you can run both lights and keep Temps in control then do it. More light the better. For 2 week old plants 1k MH is overkill. I veg with 400 watt MH and flower with 1k HPS. But if Temps are under 80F, use them both.

Thanks pics soon to come as soon as the darn blocker comes off, lol still that new to the forum.. but yea temps stay relatively cool between 72 77, and surprisingly my ladies didnt mind the intensity right off the bat, i have them 15-20 inch away from hoods!!!

No you do not. 1k, no closer then 18", 600, 12". You will fry your plants.

Beaching, yep. To much energy it will dry out leafs and stunt growth.
