Is 15,000 lumens of 6500k enought to grow a plant?

was wondering if it was enough light , I have a setup of cfls

I have 2 45watt 6500k cfl, 2 23 watt 6500k and 2 33 watt 6400k and equals to be around 15,000 lumens.

I will post pics soon I am waitin for my seeds to come in the mail, auto fems that are a cross between northern lights , haze and skunk. Also I am using pro mix bx with biofungicide as my soil. I have had great luck in the past with just the pro mix bx without fungicide but fungus gnats started attacking my soil and roots of the plant so I am going to order some SNS 203 ahead of time lol.

should I switch out some of my 6500k cfls to 2700k after 3 weeks?

im also gonna be adding a 150watt hps over top of the cfls so I will have 31,000 lumens

I suggest you turn those bulbs to a horizontal orientation so you're not throwing more light onto your walls than on your plants - and then make some homemade reflectors for them out of soda (pop) cans to direct even more of the light (that you're already paying for) onto them.
