300w LED & 250w MH/HPS

Hi guys n girl's just have a quick question i have a 300w led and a 250w mh/hps will this be enough for a 60cm x 120cm x 120cm grow tent and 4-6 plants tia for all and any info on the situation cheers guys and toke on.

Ok well I'll try both together with my grow and I'll let you all know how it goes im actually doing a journal of it feel free to check it out in actual fact I'd love for you to check it out.

I think you will do fine with that lighting , be sure to PH your water and have plenty of airflow.

For decent Bud growth with led you need 35w sq.ft minimum with HPS 50w sq.ft min.

Your space is 8 sq.ft ,for led 8 x 35w =280w with HPS 8 x 50w = 400w total ( with one light type )

averaged out 35+50 =85w divided by 2 = 42.5w x 8 sq.ft = 340w

Your lighting , LED 135w (?) HPS 250w = 385w

So you exceeded the suggested minimum by about 13%


To add , I think two plants will fit in a 2'x4' , four plants at first but they will soon out grow the space.

Get ready for it !

Thanks for the info bro I'm going to be right with the light I have atm no need for swapping my lighting here's a picture of one of my girls at 16 days it's a bit slow it should explode soon. fingers crossed
