What kind of CFL ballast do I need for my 2PIN / 4PIN CFL bulbs?

I just bought 5 CFL lights from an industrial light distribution company. I'm trying to figure out what kind of ballasts and how many I would need to run these. Please educate me on the science behind the ballast if you have the time / knowledge, I would like to learn a bit about it. The 26W CFLs are 2PIN and the 42W are 4PIN. What would be the best light fixture to use? TY

Hi Merkshow, honestly I have no idea about the ballast needed for these lights, but I have read that these ballast required lights are not preffered.

Thus I'm using the screw in and/or push-twist bulbs that have self-ballast. This also makes it easier to build your own light fixture/holder as all you'd need is the appropriate light socket, wire and some basic Electrical knowledge to get started.
