Pumpkin seeds tea?

That would be interesting. This is the time of year for pumpkins and they are a tasty treat when put on a cookie sheet in the oven. But, back to your question, I think it would be hard to control the concentrations of minerals. You could start with a mild tea and try it on one plant and watch it close.

Can't tell much about concentration, but tea is same color as seeds are. I left it in a pot with hot water for 20h so far. Gonna test it soon and will tell about any changes. Should I filter the tea before watering with it or just keep it with seed parts?

And a picture of tea.

I'd bake them, grind them and then dilute them with water. Interesting idea, which appeals to my DIY sense. I've just baked cucumber skins actually to use as a phosphorus fertilizer :)

No man, phosphorus and other minerals stay in the char, and it's immediately available in the root zone.
