What's this?

Anyone know what this is? I've found it on 3 leaves so far, same plant. I've been pinching off the effected leaves. The first two leaves were nearly completely damaged.

What is your PH run off at?

What is your RH and Temp at?

Could be a Mag issue or a Phosphous issue.
