Wacky PH meter

Morning 420 fam. I am having some odd readings on my ph meter and wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue. I put my meter into my res and it immediately tanked down to zero. I freaked out naturally. I dropped the meter then into some distilled water and it read 6.8 that looks right so my meter is at least functioning normal. So I went to my ph drops and tested the rez water and it should 6.0 on the scale.

So my pen is working but not in my rez. When I get home from work I will dip a cup of my rez solution and measure it in a cup to see if I can get a reading. Didn't think about that till this morning.

My plants look good and I just did my weekly rez change yesterday.

You might want to get some calibrating solution, both the low and high (think they like a 4.0 and 7.0) to check meter from time to time as they do have to be re-calibrated regularly if you shooting for a specific tight range.

I have to get some more I used the last of my 4 & 7 the day before when I did my rez change. I recal every week before my rez change.
