Rooting powder for clones

I'm cloning a plant and picked up this stuff at Home Depot. How can something with 0.1% be the active ingredient? They should call this stuff Other Powder.

Lots of things just need to be diluted to be practical. Makes sense if you think about it. The cloning gels and powders I have are the same- less than .5% of the active agent- along with anti-fungal stuff and vitamins and some other hocus pocus.

Yeah... it was funnier when I was high. Still... "other powder?" That's pretty okay.

Ha ha. It is now that I'm more stoned. Yeah you're right it should be labeled something like 'Other Ingredients', or 'Unidentified Powder'. Or perhaps 'Basically a hormone and some baby powder'.
