Harvesting white widow question for new grower

Hi everyone! I'm in my fist grow- started flowering 2 white widow plants on August 23...so it's been less than 8 weeks. I used my pocket microscope to check the trics today and one of my plants already has at least 30% amber trics, but the ones that aren't amber look clear. My other plant visually isn't as mature and the trics are all clear. I was planning on a 10 week flowering time frame so I haven't flushed at all yet. I just changed my lighting today to 8 hours instead of 12 because I heard that is good for WW at end of flowering.
So my question is, is it normal that the more mature plant has amber trics but the trics that aren't amber still look clear? Should I harvest now or give more time to flush? Here are two pictures of the more mature plant...

This last picture is the less mature one that still needs more time.
