Had two plants harvested with beautiful fat buds but...a bit of rot and a reasonable amount of mould
1. Cut out bud rot, throw in bin then wash hands.
2. Fill a roasting dish with white vinegar 2x inches or so deep.
3. Place each fresh bud in vinegar and make sure it completely gets into every bit of flower. The vinegar kills the mould.
4. Hang buds (I use chicken netting) in a small closet with something underneath them to catch the dripping vinegar.
5. Place a dehumidifier in closet and turn on.
6. Check every 60 minutes until dry.
Yes I know-not the best way to dry buds but it means you don't have to chuck out all the plant material.
Does end up having a slight vinegar smell. Tastes alright-not the normal deliciousness but definitely smokable.
