First ever harvest - Auto Jack Yield?

I am harvesting this girl on Thursday and am wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark of what it may yield. It's only a 3 gallon pot and I made some real beginner dumb mistakes so I'm not expecting much. I know it's difficult to tell from a photo, but I'm just looking for a ballpark # of grams.

Here is a better manicured picture. Anyone have a guesstimate on yield? 1/2 ounce, ounce, more?

I would definitely say more than an ounce

I would say at least 2 and a half maybe 3-4

That would be an awesome yield for me as I almost killed these two plants. Here is the second plant. If I got 4 ounces between these 2 I'd be thrilled for a 1st timer. I realize they may look pathetic to seasoned growers, but I learned a lot from these grows.

I think you killed it man and I mean that in a good way. As long as you're smoking good that's all that matters

Both plants have been cut and trimmed and now will hang dry until at least Sunday since I'm headed out of town tonight.
