Oil slick sheet problem

hi there.
not sure if this is posted in the correct spot.

I recently bought a roll of oil slick sheet
from what i've seen on videos, when making rosin, it should simple come off.

mine won't.

I've made rosin with bud and kief with hair straightener with different temperatures and the same thing always happens.......... rosin won't come off of the oil slick sheets.........it just smears.

what am i doing wrong?

I saw a bubble man YouTube video and he did it so I gave it a shot.

Also when I try to collect it......the ones that I can get......seem to break up like little shards of glass

Cool the rosin down in a freezer and pick it off with your tool. It might take a while. Use parchment paper next time
