Burnt leaves problem

Hi there,
i grow on rock-wool 2 plants, as you can see in the picture.
both get exactly the same conditions (or at least i think i give both the same condition).
as you can see, the leaves of the right plant are damaged, while the left plant looks pretty healthy. the right plant is 2 weeks older than the left one.
also, on the left plant (the healthy plant) i see small white dots on the leaves, and some leaves on the lower branches become damaged and looks more or less like the right plant.
i attached 4 photos -
the leaves are of the healthy plant, and the zoom in that shows the white dots is of the healthy leaf of the healthy plant, of course.

i use only rain water and control the PH and PPM.
PH - 6
PPM - 1500

The last photo appears to show an insect infestation. Get a magnifying glass and inspect your leaves very close. Underneath them too.

You're right about that.. Looks like thrips to me....

Kelp concentrate spray could help from what I've read.

you can see in this photo the small red bugs. do you know what is it and what should i do with it?

anyway, i cut the infected plant off, trying to save the other plant. although it was infected, the buds looks fine to me. do you think i can smoke it? would it be wise to let it cure, or will the curing time give the bugs more time to do more damage?
