We as Illinois residents know how long our state has been negligent of the fact that all they'd have to do to move from abject indebtedness into complete solvency would be to observe legal recreational tax revenues generated by the recreation-legal states that have totally blown up with surplus revenue since repealing repressive possession laws (gitcha some, Land O' Link).
Is Illinois SO corrupt that they still haven't gotten MMJ squared away yet (one and one-half years in)? Or are we building a dispensary in East St. Louis, the biggest crime magnet in Illinois since North St. Louis, Missouri (murder capitol of the world)?
Talk about not being able to figger this one out...
