Seedling sprouted only to never grow and looks like is dying

hi I put 2 seeds in 2 different pots one never sprouted and the other that did has only sprouted and isn't growing after 4 days and is actually looking like its gonna die.. can anyone offer any insight to what I did wrong or is going on?

Not enough info. Probably too wet too long.

only thing that would cause a seedling to not grow is too wet/no oxygen, and way too much food/nutrients causing a toxic environment for the roots.

also, temp. plays a big role. as far as dont put sprouts/clones in full sun, 90 deg.heat all day unhardened

might be from genetics which seed bank you use
