Nutes Burn - Lock Out Or Recovery Mode

So spider mites paid a visit, sprayed pyrethrum then 3 days cold water, then sprayed neem and another 3 days water spray and diatomaceous earth on top soil....so spiders numbers are in check but now my plants look yellow and sick. I also made the rookie mistake of planting into a premium potting mix/ animal manure so now I think they've got nute burn or something.
Should I repot into organic potting mix or flush current soil ?
