What level of humidity should I keep in my grow room
my room fluctuates between 40-60

I like to aim for 60+% in veg and no more than 30% during flower.
In veg high humidity is good, flower it's not. I like to be in the 55-75% range in veg. In flower, I like 50 with lights on. 60 off. If you have healthy plants with decent airflow you can get away with higher numbers in flower, but only in early flower. Late flower 50 day and night is my number.
