Cutting and curing opinions for the best flavor and aroma

Hey everyone I was just curious on what methods you guys use for your trimming and curing process to get the best flavor and aroma.some say to trim before drying some say to trim dry. Just curious on how some of you do it. Any comments or info will help band would be appreciated.
