If you think Pennsylvania's medical marijuana program is going to be a pot-smoking free-for-all, you'll be disappointed. For one thing, the law prohibits the sale of marijuana in smokeable form.
Applicants for a permit to grow or dispense medical marijuana will have to comply with some significant restrictions and requirements. Here are a few of the more interesting ones:
