A Poughkeepsie woman was arrested with more than a pound of marijuana in her vehicle Thursday following a traffic stop in the Town of Wappinger.

Jamila Chlih, 22, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and the misdemeanor of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to a state police press release.

After troopers stopped her, Chlih was found to be in possession of Hydrocodone and about 1.88 pounds of marijuana.

She was arraigned in Town of Wappinger Court, according to the release, and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
