Who doesn't love a nice glass of wine, or two, or three... It can be a slippery slope when dealing with vino and then all of a sudden you end up with the worst hangover ever. Well, not anymore because Rebel Coast Winery has just rolled out world's first alcohol-free, cannabis-infused Sauvignon Blanc that gets you high without getting you drunk.

Indeed, Rebel Coast Winery's newest concoction contains actual Tetrahydrocannabinol, aka THC, which is the psychoactive compound found in cannabis, 16 milligrams per bottle and about 4mg per serving to be more exact. According to Delish, it takes about 15 minutes for the effects to kick in.

"Winemakers have been making infused wine for years, but no one developed a reliable method to remove the alcohol and infuse it with cannabis' active ingredients in a way that wasn't impacting the quality of the wine."
The wine is said to have a distinct herbaceous smell of cannabis, lemongrass, lavender and citrus. The taste is slightly acidic with a crisp clean finish but doesn't really taste of marijuana.

Following California's legalization of recreational marijuana, which is set to go into effect January 2018, Rebel Coast will be available for purchase at local dispensaries as well as door-to-door shipping within Cali. A bottle of the 2017 marijuana-infused Sauvignon Blanc will go for $59.99.
