The Mendocino County district attorney dropped charges against Prop 215 caregiver Scott Feil, setting the stage for return
of his 44 marijuana plants. Feil, who had been growing for a half dozen Prop. 215 patients, was arrested following a burglary of his garden.
This is believed to be the first case in which medical marijuana has been ordered returned to a caregiver growing for multiple patients.
Feil, who was represented by NORML attorney William Panzer, has resumed
his legal activities as director of the Ukiah Medicinal Cannabis Cooperative.
