NYC Diesel, Wonder Woman & Random Seeds

This is my second grow journal. I have just finished building my veg room. Currently I have to pull the rope to raise the top of the grow box off in order to work on my plants. It's inconvenient, but it works for now. Any advice on how I could improve my veg room?

Forgot to mention:
Medium: soil (from backyard because of inexperience and lack of sufficient knowledge to buy better medium)
Nutrients: advanced nutrients (micro, bloom, grow formula)
Container: Solo cup

Current setup for room is too inconvenient, risky for my plants life (if the top falls on them), and difficult to watch/work on my babies. I will be working on the room today. Hopefully I can show you the changes tomorrow!

if you can
buy bag of top soil ,
bag of peatmoss
bag of any basic compost with NO added nutes
some worm castings
and some perlite

i do 15% peat
15% top soil
50 % perlite
20 basic compost

add some handfulls of worm castings
some bone meal
fishblood and bone
mix it altogether
give it a good soak with molasses and luke warm water , let sit until your ready to transplant , im doing this mix now s i type lol so ill add pics to my journal

Seeing a mix of problems in my young plants (droopy, stunted growth from potting mix) that I am trying to fix. Suggestions are always welcome

Cal-Mag(2-0-0): 1 ml/gallon

Advanced Nutrients:

Micro(2-0-0): 1ml/gallon

Time for the weekly update of daily progress! One of the random seedlings died this week, may her plant material decompose and fuel future life! I also transplanted all of them into bigger pots (out of availability I used different sized containers). Let me know if there's anything I can do to:
1) how can I improve my grow?
2) how can I take better photos so you guys get all the info/entertainment you need

This week my other plants got harvested! Which is good for 2 reasons:
1) I finally have fresh bud from my first harvest!
2) these plants can have more room and light (doubled the total wattage)!

So I moved the old grow box out and expanded the grow space. I

D48: march 6 (flower day 6)

D49: march 7 (flower day 7)

D50: march 8 (flower day 8)

D50: march 9 (flower day 9)

I'm thinking around 4oz, but I'd love to hear your opinion.

Also, I now have 2 x 4-gallon fabric smart pots (from the plants I just harvested). Would it be a bad idea to transplant 2 of my plants to the larger pots this late into flower? (3 of them are in 1 gallon pots)
