Starting my journal late but lesgetit
Started plants off with 150 watt Satco plant light
Later then them under 300 watts of LED
Once plants size increased I started using led in center with 2 150watt lights on the side of led but still coming from the top.
Growing in Espoma organic potting soil.
Mycorrhizae added also.
Feeding only with calmag,terpinator, and neptunes harvest fish and seaweed.
Temps at 70-80 humidity ranges from 30-50%
Mist my plants everyday with plain ph'ed water
Ph levels are at 6.6-6.8
Other 2 plants are for me to smoke when finished.
Biggest ones are for profit.
I want to know if anyone knows if I can use a 150 watt mh or hps light in a 250 watt capable clamp lamp? To change up the Satco lights.

Going to pick up a 1000 watt LED for the center light and use the 300watt LED in an angle but right next to 1000watt and have 2 150 watt mh bulbs in tent above canopy in an Angle also. If able to use on clamp lamp. I don't see why I wouldn't be able to use the mh bulb if it is the same watt and size of Satco light. Just different light output.

Also that seems like alot of light
What are you using to cool it all?

And I'm using a window ac blowing the cool air into side opening of my tent it keeps my temps around 70-80 degrees humidity at 30-50%

You may need to consider adding a dehumidifier of some kind.
Just be mindful of the fact that humidity is higher at lights out.
From temp change.

Is your a/c on a timer?

I turn the af off when the lights go out humidity get to 70% when lights are off and tent becomes completely sealed and no I'm doing the Timing for everything

Hi Pakkman, I'm curiouos about your "Cherry AK". I am assuming this is the cherry pheno of AK47? IT is my fav and I found one in my last pack of beans. I have 10 clones on my vegging table right now about 4-6 weeks from going to flower.

lootz is right about that MH light. You will need to use a ballast for that light. even if it shines in a clamp on fixture, you run the risk of blowing fuses/breakers and even causing a fire. That's the last thing we want.

You can get a 2-pack of timers for about $20US on the eBay. One for light and one for AC unit. If you have a passive fan input and exhaust fan other than the AC setup, it will help keep RH down during lights out.

You've got a good start on it. Good luck and I will tag along and watch the Cherry AK if you don't mind.

And 3 1/2ml neptunes harvest seaweed and fish fertilizer

What kind of deficiencies is my cherry AK strain experiencing?

This is my blue dream strain I need to know if I should just prune all leaves at the bottom that aren't getting light or let them heal. Yellowing starting to go up in canopy. How many days before the nutes kick in and fix deficiencies?

This is my cherry AK strain just got transplanted yesterday. Into new soil that contains limestone, perlite, and forest compost.
Should I pull off the lower leaves here also?
Any tips and advice gladly taken. Fed her yesterday with 5mL of cal mag

I think you may have a lockout issue...

I would flush with plain water phd to about 6.5 - 7.0 and rinse out all the salts you may have in there let the plants dry out a bit.

When they need water again i would work my way back up from 1/4 strength and make sure your ph is in the right range...

Honestly thats what i do.

I go to the store and fill up 2 5gallon water jugs for like 3 bucks.

My tap water ppm is outrageous.
Not to mention all the trace minerals in the water especially coming through pipes probably full of galvanization.

Some people let their tap water sit out to let chlorine evaporate off.

But to me its just better to have that piece of mind
