Many friends of mine are using the benefits of CBD oil and other infused products to help alleviate pain and other chronic diseases. I'm considering opening an online store to distribute these products to the public - either buy them wholesale and sell them for a profit or find a company that drop ships (or both). It won't be THC infused products - that's a whole new market. But some CBD infused products do contain a small portion of THC (others contain none)...
Since Florida just passed Medical Marijuana I can only assume everyone is trying to get in on the business from every angle - dispensary's, cultivation, and so on...
But I"m not approaching this from the THC or Medical Marijuana angle...just the CBD infused oils and edibles...
Do any of you know if a license is required to sell CBD infused products?
From the research I've done I don't think so. I just think its a regular business setup (LLC, DBA, Tax ID, etc..)
