I have a prescription for medical cannabis, I want to grow my own but the dr that gave me the script wont fill out the Health Canada medical forum or give me a copy of the information needed. Are they allowed to deny me access to my med records? I am in Nova Scotia, Canada.

I just ran into the same roadblock at a clinic here it YYZ this week. No problem to get MM access to an LP (Tweed, of course) but the doc balked at the medical document for a grow sign-off. He told me that they are "getting trained" and would be able to "in 4 months." I didn't want to push it at the time. My first meds are shipping now but I intend to ask about the grow doc again in a few weeks. And I will keep asking.
