Hash oil taste like plastic

It's in a clearomizer / cartomizer. Dark looking oil and have tried numerous things to get it to try and not taste so bad. I dripped some out today to try in a different vape pen and it tasted very similar. So is some oils just a little funky tasting? Or is this bad oil and need to get rid of it?

Thanks all, very concerned about smoking it.. No returns.

I would say bad oil, especially if your vape pen is already broken in.
