See how easy it is for the DEA to reschedule a drug?

Hey buddy,

Its a joke Brother! The DEA/FDA want scientific evidence to proceed with concentrated cannabis oil. I'm thinking another 100 years or so. In the meantime the man-made med wheels keep turning full speed ahead. So like you, look how easy they can do what they want, except for MMJ. It truly is their biggest competition hence all the BS. Nice seeing you around painkills.

It's all about money. It was never about healing people.

They can't patent a natural plant, so there's no money in it for them. Although dispensaries have been proving this to be very, very wrong.

And they want scientific evidence, but its nearly impossible to get approved to test it.
Pharmaceutical companies can try to simulate Cannabinoids all they want, their results will never be better or more effective than the real thing.

When things make absolutely no sense there is always a logical explanation. They have known about the healing properties of cannabis concentrate for years (since the rampage war against MMJ in the Hoover era). They are letting people smoke recreational and they don't care if you digest it in edibles and even want you to digest the concentrate. It keeps things right where they want it, people who are not into the recreational side of MMJ learns what the gov/pharmies have been saying all along, the only purpose of MMJ is to get euphoric. They have 'confusion' right where they want it. Those in the know about MJ/MMJ know it is so much better and safer than alcohol/hard core drugs. Yes they are trying to get the concentrate approved, but, its just for epilepsy so far because how low the THC content is and CBD is the healer. Yes CBD is taking the inflammation down in the brain reducing the amount of seizures. The real heal is with THC also (what repairs things). Mark my words, the concentrated oil will be the last thing to go and in some cases hard to believe but cannabis concentrated oil replaces all man made meds. Do the math. Cannabis cost more to produce than man-made meds and cannot compete with the huge mark-up they profit from. A asperin cost 3 cents to make and they sell it for $15.00 in a hospital. What is going to happen when the truth comes out & it will eventually, all the professionals in health care are going to be pissed. Dr's/Nurses are paying attention now and want to observe. How would you like to be an oncologist going through med school on a mission to save peoples lives from cancer and make a difference in the world and all you have to work with is chemo/radiation? Now you find out there is a safe, natural way to cure it not only with no side effects but can do so without missing a beat in your life style and work. These medical professionals are needed for their expert skills in health care. I personally have used Dr.s and Nurses for so much advice on man-made meds (withdrawals, symptoms, etc.).

Nice comment Antics about the artificial cannabinoids, they keep trying the artificial crap and no matter what they come up with their are always going to be side effects simply because its not natural. Losers to be sure, but no signs of letting up because of greed.

LOOK at who owns this patent :thedoubletake: and they say it has no medical use

"Pharmaceutical companies can try to simulate Cannabinoids all they want, their results will never be better or more effective than the real thing."

Heck, in my humble opinion, even edibles aren't better than smoking the leaf -- better effect and much easier to control the dosage (at least for pain).

The DEA reschedules another drug:

"The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announced it will publish the Final Rule moving hydrocodone combination products (HCPs) from Schedule III to Schedule II tomorrow in the Federal Register...

The DEA initially received a petition requesting that HCPs be reclassified as Schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act. In 2004, the DEA requested the HHS to provide scientific and medical evaluation of available data and a scheduling recommendation for HCPs. In 2008, the HHS recommended that HCPs remain controlled as a Schedule III drug. However, in 2009, the DEA requested that the data be reevaluated and another scientific and medical evaluation be provided. In December of 2013, the HHS submitted the reevaluation and their recommendation to place HCPs in Schedule II. The final conclusion to shift HCPs into Schedule II were based on the following findings: HCPs have a high potential for abuse (comparable to the Schedule II substance oxycodone), HCPs have a currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States, and the abuse of HCPs may lead to severe psychological or physical dependence."
