Starting a new crop LA/OC boarder?

I am planning on second outdoor crop. But I don't know how to get the extra 6 plus hours of light for the veg state? I am thinking a couple of 4ft lights but afraid of having a beacon at night to attract nosy neighbors and ghetto bird over head. Any suggestions, fist crop was very successful.

I grow for self consumption have med rev. Chronic back/legs pain results from being rear ended by semi truck.

This may not help but I veg indoors and then flower outdoor. Also in Southern California.

My friends have suggested though to install lights in my greenhouse but that will also be tough for neighbors and keeping things on the downlow. Maybe do an auto strain?
