End the Prohibition of the Peaceful Trade and Activity of Cannabis Consumption

Greetings 420 Magazine Community!

This petition is however unlike other petitions in that it is not worded as a plea or a request. Instead it serves as a direct order to those in office from the supreme authority of the nation, We the People. It serves as a direct order to the United States Government and Congress, who currently hold an abysmal 10-9% approval rating. Needless to say, the will of the people is not being reflected in the laws and policy of those in office.

The Will of the People shall be the basis of the authority of government - (UDHR Article 21)

It thus stands to reason that as the will of the people shifts from the manufactured consent and illusion of separate government authority into the realization of inherent political power that any governmental police power acting in opposition to and of the will of the people does so without authority and against both the natural and international law.

As all political, governmental and police powers come from the people who inherently hold these powers and rights it stands to reason that we the people do not need permission to carry on peaceful activity and trade, just as we do not require permission to carry on peaceful worship. No committee is vested with the authority to speak for the many, only the collective voice of the people can do that. The collective voice of the people wish to carry on in the peaceful activity and trade of cannabis consumption of both the psychedelic and non-psychoactive varieties.

This is the express will of the majority of the people of the world and yet the majority of the world's government do not reflect this will of the people and so it can be argued in a court of law that the governmental powers being exercised are done so unlawfully as they are executed without the consent of the governed.

The White House

I am prepared to take this petition to court, and on the collective authority of We the People challenge the legality and lawfulness of cannabis prohibition as it is in direct opposition to the will of the People.

Until we the people take a stand our government will do as they see fit, regardless of the constitution. Our government no longer cares about the liberties and wants of the people. Its more concerned with how much money are we going to get out the deal.
