Hell yeah, New York needs to get on top of legalizing marijuana.

As a native NY son (who has moved to CA) I can only hope they do.
But given the pull of the alcohol industry in the state (Genesee Brewing, Imported Canadian Beer, & the Vineyards) I don't see it happening soon.
I hope I am wrong.
