I am using a 250 watt ballast with 250 watt hps bulb.

Is your ballast rf sheilded.
I was freaking I thought the grow kit I bought was not rf sheilded. My neighbors are assholes. And my cable is comcast.
But big breath out mine is internally rf sheilded.Check to be safe.
