what can cause leaves to turn themselves upside down and for a stem to go bendy (gone s shaped at the top)
all in the matter of a few hours. nothing has really changed in my grow room except it may have gone a bit over 80 today.
Interesting... the only time I've personally seen a plant flip or raise one of its big fans overhead is to shade itself (just like a person does) from too much light/intensity, but that's usually the upper leaves shading the top, not the bottoms just turning over. Only other thing I can think of is it may be the earliest signs of underwatering, how's the soil moisture?
She still looks green & healthy, so unless someone else has more info I'd just keep an eye on her and see what happens.
Maybe it is finding more reflective light off of the walls than from above due to the leaves above it? Or maybe it is slowly making a run for it, if that is the case, follow it and it may lead you to more.
ok just a courtesy update fellas.
i assisted the plant in straightening up and raised the lights by a ft. this morning they seem to be holding the correct position and the grow cupboard has dropped to 75f near the plants(soil temp).
keep an eye on my grow (in my sig) for continuing updates =)
