Hydroguard amount?

Hello, I am about to start my first hydroponics grow. DWC/Top fed.
Anyway, as a preventive measure to root rot I decided to go get some Hydroguard. I know that most nutrient bottles are wrong for the amount you should add to cannabis plants. So I was wondering if I should follow the Hydroguard bottle that suggest 2 ml or if anyone else has any suggestions. Thank you for your time. Please be kind and courteous with your response.

I just go by the bottle more or less. Hydroguard is beneficial bacteria and has zero ppm (I've tested it) so I can't see overdosing your plants on it in any way. I usually use it for brewing teas with.
