Hey weed lovers, im building a place to grow some weed indoors and im looking for the best options to optimize the growth of my plants, a friend told that putting mirrors around to reflect the lights is not good for them, that i should paint the walls in white or use aluminum foil, is that true?

Well, i dont know man, i dont grow myself, but i have seen set ups with aluminum foil around the walls
If you growing in soil then yer uses any reflective sheeting you can get hold of but if you going to set up a hydro system then paint the walls to start with because humidity it will cause damn between the wall and any sheeting that you uses
