Need some support, Leafs curling up around edges

My plants still showing little growth, but now they are starting curl up at the ends.

First thought, to much perlite and maybe i need to start a quarter dose of notes. The plants are 23 days old.

I have all the info in my journal for my 2nd grow, check it out and post in there if you would like.

Never gets over 81 with lights on, heater is set at 70 with lights out. AND that plant is farthest from the heater.

is young so maybe just let it sort its self out sometimes they grow a bit strange to start

I have only watered once in the 23 days, should water again today. I have worked the kinks out of my ro system. So well use the water from it. My well water is at almost 500 ppm. So maybe this will help.
