Problem on leaves

Not sure what this is, I did have lights very close like 3 inches CFL 100 watt and led 100 watt bulb. Just wondering if this looks like a burn or something else?

doesn't look like any harm keep an eye on the plant as it gets bigger

Just looks like light burn to me. I get it all the time with my seedlings under a fluoro. But for me, it doesn't usually happen unless the leaves get very close or touch the fluoro tube, but i reckon that's what it is. Just keep an eye on it.

Thx all for the response...I agree with your opinions on this, I moved the light up about 8 inches away and she looks alot better this morning, I've never grown anything before and I'm surprised as to how attached to them I've gotten in this position process, it's real rewarding when things look good but scary when something goes wrong lol...Thx again.
