I over watered with the same issues. 3 days no water with fans on the top soil, and a extra on for the seedlings . not to high though. My plants snapped back into shape. 1x grower, just my advice

Yeah when they are that tiny they only need about a quater of a litre of water and thats every second day of they not drying out ... until they get bigger.
Rule of Thumb stick your finger in the soil or if using coco do the same up till your first Knucle and this i using tour Index finger the one next to your thumb.. lol
And of soil is moist or wet it will stick to your finger.. means not ned any water right then.. if it is Dry like sand is outside on a hot day... then it needs water.
No as for Coco you never want it to ever dry out only till its dry in a inch of it..
As for nutes if ur using any use 1/4 teaspoon of them only until a week or two then up to 1/2 and then for a week or two and then to 3/4.. depends on what nutes your using and so forth.
