White Widow deficiency or bugs problem?

Hey guys yesterday i saw that one of my plants has yellow one or two yellow leaves and some holes in the leaves so what is your opinion on this is, the hols looks like from bugs or ? And what to do ? Thanks in advance. Or maybe the light is too close i have led 300w 50cm above. Here are some pictures

Did you search the plant for gnats or mites.?

I saw little one or two little very little fly. So maybe that os the problem?
