My plant's new growth is unhealthy

Hello every one, I am currently on my first grow and everything is going very well..
Except for one problem.. my youngest white cookies plant has some odd unhealthy growth on the newer leaves.
Any idea what this could be and how can I fix it ??
I was thinking about topping the two tops
Or just letting it go and see if it progresses ..

All my plants are still in veg mode , but it appear that she has some trichrome like production , my guess trying to protect herself ..

I do not have any bugs, but I have killed 2 click Beatles in the last two weeks, don't think they are the problem tho..

All my other plants are healthy , look

have you checked with a microscope for the dreaded russet mite?
