First grow problems - Pics included

Hello, this is my first grow, plants are 5 days now on 12/12, I noticed some changes on some of the leafs so I started using neem oil for the past 3 days to spray the plants, some issues are gone but some still.. any advice.

From what I can see, most of your plants look pretty heathy. I'll assume you have the insect problem under control now. Looks to me that you might want to add some CalMag to your feed arsenal. Could be a small magnesium deficiency.
What are you using for lights? And what type of soil are you using? What nutes?
Any and all info you can provide would really help.
I'm hoping you get some other opinions in case I'm a bit off the mark here!

First time grower. I'm about to upload my grow pics. Man honestly this my first time ever uploading anything.
I got as far as I have gotten off all research. Nothing more. No help. All on my own. Research and I jumped into it.

1000watt dimmable ballast. (Running 600 watt)
DWC Root Spa Buckets
2 commercial grade air pumps

Nutrients - Advanced Nutrients PH Perfect 3part (grow,micro,bloom)
And additives
Ummmm
Voodoo juice
B52
(Can't remember the other 2 off the top of my head)

I swear to god. My PH be weird as hell. Or my pH meter bs. Either way. I have just been feeding it based off Of (A-Train feeding Schedule) "side note thanx man you the fucking greatest. If someone know him.
Plz Tag Him. please. #A-Train"

But I swear I just go off my roots. The be so fucking WHITE. I know long as my roots are white and growing. My plant not dying. .
YES I AM FUCKING UP OTHER PLACES.
YES I HAVE ANS HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS ALONG THE WAY. WHICH I WILL SHOW.
BUT I STUCK WITH IT. I HAD NO HELP.
BUT I WILL NEVER GIVE UP.
