Wind Damage & Russet Mites - Help!

Currently growing outdoors in Southern Oregon where thunder storms are running rampant right now. We had some pretty severe wind damage on our plants in 200 gallon smart pots. Two of them are completely gone and the rest I have tied up and am hoping that some B Vitamin and water will alleviate the shock process.

In the same 24 hour period, we discovered we have a pretty bad russet mite infestation. I was planning on spraying with a strong dose of Nuke Em, and following up treatment with some Red Tail and Yucca which was recommended by a very knowledgeable source.

My question is, would it be entirely detrimental to the plants to spray them with Nuke Em and start the biological regimen right after they have been put through hell with the wind storm? I'd rather wait out a couple of days and possibly get them through the shock and then apply the Nuke Em. But, I have also heard that each day that passes, the worse the infestation can get.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
