Rockwool, soil, jiffy pellets. Make sure to keep it in a humid environment. Around 70% relative humidity. Mist it daily until it roots

I don't recommend misting daily because that can cause damping off. Cut the part where it broke off at a 45° angle with a sharp knife or razor, mist once and put in a starter plug or some coco under a humidity dome. I get much higher success rates with clones when I only mist once.

yes you can. I did a cloning in soil test recently and it went phenomenal. Check out my procedure here:

Regarding the "mist daily" thing. I mist them when I remember it. I have 100% success rate with clones and had for a long time. I clone in soil, rockwool, peat pellets. The main thing is to have a high humidity. I use wet vermiculite or perlite in the bottom tray. That keeps humidity very high.
I don't soak them, I mist the leaves lightly every day or 3

Also temperature is important when it comes to cloning. Try to keep the temps above 22 and below 26 degrees C
