Transplant asap to a bigger pot. You got crazy roots going nowhere I'd say
Never mind re read it looks like to much light got to it how far away is that light sitting at ? Or too much grow nutes maybe ? What is ppm and ph at going in ?

I installed the cover and it looks small

Also get your ppm up to about 200-250 ...
