Plants seem to be getting worse with this strange problem plz help

Your top photo could be either thrips or spider mites. Spray both sides of the leaves with insecticidal soap every two or three days for 10 days, the watch carefully to make sure they don't come back.

I agree! That was my exact thought. My second guess was the plant may have a fever; Tylenol & chicken noodle soup .
 
I had a similar situation with one of my plants. It turned out to be thrips. You can see thrips with the naked eye but for spider mites you will need. At least 30x magnification. Check the under side of the leaves, that is where they'll be hiding. I used a diluted neem oil and red pepper sauce solution. Spray both sides of the leaves. I applied it once every ten days for 30 days. Seems to have done the trick, however the affected leaves remained spotted. New growth is healthy and free of spots.
