Hi all, hoping somebody can steer me in the right direction. I'm about 3 weeks into flower the bud sites are starting to produce trichomes, and I'm pretty sure that I'm having a problem with thrips that I'm trying to treat with insecticidal soap (2% solution and yes I'm spraying both sides of the affected fan leaves once every couple of days). Today though I noticed a new issue with some of the lower leaves that are well inside the leaf canopy losing a LOT of color. Pics are below.
1) Is there an alternative to insecticidal soap that'll take care of thrips?
2) I know that it's normal for plants in flower stage to start to shed some of the lower leaves because most of it's energy is devoted to flowering. Is that what's happening here or is it another issue?
3) If I trim the affected leaves or fans will I hurt my grow?
