PM in arid conditions

I have PM. Really a pain! My humidity is always low, less than 60% at all times, more around under 30% most times - the max is 58% and the min is 15% but the average is about 30%. My max temp is 85 and low is 53. I have fans, vents, and screens in the room always open - lots of airflow. I mist each plant with organic ACV mixed in RO water (2 tbsp per quart). I still have the PM - I have to spray every flipping day and I see marginal results - my plants are flowering btw. This is my first time growing and this PM is making me feel like I should give up.

I thought about SM-90 but triethanolamine is toxic, and I would like to avoid that. Had anyone success with the milk method? I am reluctant to spray milk in my grow room because, honestly, it's gross and a pain to clean the floor.

What else can I do to get rid of PM given my conditions?

Vinegar will change the fungis ph and kill it. 4tbs to 1gal
Garlic is high in sulfur and can help. Just a pain to make into a spray.
Milk or Whey have free radicles that are toxic to the fungus. But like you said clean up is nasty.
Neem oil helps with PM as well.
I wouldn't spray anything during flower.
